What if my product comes frozen?

Why does NatureRich only use UPS when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska?

Q. What if my product comes frozen?
A. In order to provide you with healthy natural products, we use no anti-freezing agents. Due to this, products can freeze when exposed to cold temperatures for a prolonged period of time. If you receive a product that is frozen, please thaw it out at room temperature, or place the bottle of product (with cap on) in hot water. DO NOT microwave. Freezing our products does not affect the quality.

Q. How long will it take to get my ground shipment?
A. One to eight business days, as a rule. Orders that we receive by noon Central Standard Time will be shipped the same day.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order by 3-Day select?
A. Your order will take three days from the day you order, if you order by noon CST. For example, if you order by noon on Monday, your order will arrive on Thursday. This option is only available on orders shipped within the continental U.S.

Q. What countries do you ship to outside the United States?
A. Currently, we are only able to ship to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Q. Can I request a signed proof of delivery?
A. Yes. Make this request when you order. This option is only available on orders placed by phone, mail or FAX.

Q. Why does NatureRich only use UPS when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska?
A. The benefits to using UPS as our main carrier continue to outweigh other carriers. For example, The U.S. Postal Service doesn't provide the tracking capabilities or shorter delivery times that UPS does. We will continue to monitor our shipping methods.
